Last week I had the opportunity to shoot an Instagram commercial with my friend Theo and present twice at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. During my commercial shoot and presentations, I wanted to emphasize how startups are wasting marketing dollars and aren’t tracking the success metrics of their customers. I demonstrated that it’s critical to test different strategies, work with your strengths, and utilize a valuable strategy mentioned later in THIS episode. If you’re a startup trying to take it to the next level, collaborate with somebody who has strong business experience to figure out how to maximize each other’s strengths and audiences to grow.
