PERFECTING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE | STARTUP HUSTLE EP. 11

This week, I visited a custom clothing company called Blank Label. Clare Murrell, at their Chicago location, was very helpful in getting me started on creating a custom fit dress-shirt.

I was actually referred to Blank Label. Not only did their services catch my attention, but their marketing strategies really impressed me too. They never directly advertised to me and they’re all about creating a personalized retail experience, unlike many big retail companies.

At the end of the day, I wasn’t there just for a new shirt. Rather, I wanted to emerge myself in the customer experience and see their process.
